Do You Accept Refunds/Exchanges?

We offer a 15 day return/exchange policy. A receipt must be present to process a refund or exchange. Food items and Special ordered items are excluded.

Can We Order Online?

Online sales are limited to select items. Due to the uniqueness of each item, we cannot guarantee everything be the same as pictured. If you don’t see something that you saw in store listed on our website, you can contact us via email at info@amazinmitten.com or call us at 989.262.8010 to inquire and place the order.

Do You Always Get In More Inventory?

We are constantly getting in new inventory, but we can never guarantee that it will be the same. It is up to our crafters and artists if they are going to continue the same designs and products going forward.
